Mr Moody-Stuart KC will be speaking on the development and case law updates in the United Kingdom and the European Union for intellectual property, financial relief in patent litigation and practical issues in IP litigation.

Approachable and extremely effective advocate with a practice spanning all areas of IP, IT and media and entertainment.

With a strong scientific background, Tom has a significant practice in all areas of IP with particular emphasis on patents, trade mark and comparative advertising disputes and misuse of trade secrets. Tom’s patent practice focusses on both telecoms (including FRAND disputes) and pharma/biotechnology/vaccines disputes. Tom has appeared before the CJEU, General Court and UK Supreme Court, the EPO and Irish High Court and has also represented clients in arbitration in Singapore and Hong Kong.
